WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your mission is clear: you want to help drive transformation in the automotive industry. You achieve this through your analytical mindset, technological understanding, and fresh ideas. As a Consultant at P3, you act as the bridge between business and technology, helping our clients translate complex challenges into practical, value-creating solutions. Together with our clients, you work on key transformation projects across AI, digital technologies, processes, and business models. You develop innovative strategies, support the implementation of transformation initiatives, and create measurable value that strengthens long-term competitiveness and future readiness. At the same time, you continuously develop yourself in a high-performance environment through close collaboration with experienced colleagues, active mentoring, and challenging projects that enable rapid professional and personal growth.
- You advise clients from the automotive industry on the introduction and implementation of AI and digital solutions across the entire value chain.
- You analyze business processes and identify opportunities for the effective application of Artificial Intelligence, data, and automation.
- You collaborate with clients to develop data-driven strategies, AI use cases, and transformation roadmaps.
- You support the design of AI-enabled business models and digital services.
- You contribute to transformation projects from concept to implementation, acting as the link between business and technology (no programming required).
- You independently manage workstreams and sub-projects while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and engineering experts.
- You prepare results in a structured manner and present them effectively to client stakeholders and management teams.
- You stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, data-driven business models, automotive innovation, and digital transformation.
WHO YOU ARE
- You hold a master’s degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data & AI, or a comparable field of study (recent graduates are welcome).
- You have a strong interest in AI, digitalization, and their application in a business environment.
- You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and have a solution-oriented mindset.
- You possess a good understanding of business processes, digital technologies, and data-driven solutions.
- You have excellent communication skills and are confident when interacting with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
- You are interested in a consulting career and enjoy solving complex challenges at the intersection of business and technology (this is not a pure software development role).
- Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or project work.
- You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
- You are flexible and willing to travel as required for client projects.
