WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • You develop concepts and create new methodologies.
  • You support our clients throughout all project phases, from strategy development to implementation.
  • You contribute innovative ideas and successfully implement them together with our clients.
  • You support the analysis and design of projects in close collaboration with our clients.
  • You independently manage sub-projects and actively contribute to the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives.
  • You structure complex challenges and develop well-founded solution approaches.
  • You create presentations, reports, and decision-making materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • You work closely with experienced consultants and gradually take on increasing responsibility in client projects.
  • You contribute your own ideas and help further develop our consulting methodologies and approaches.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You have successfully completed a degree, for example in Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are able to quickly understand and assess complex topics.
  • You are characterized by a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You enjoy working in a team and are confident interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
  • Initial practical experience gained through internships or working student positions is an advantage.
