WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You advise Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs directly on-site, with a focus on production, quality, logistics, supply chain, procurement, and planning.
- You create transparency in project management, stabilize supply chains in critical situations, and ensure security of supply.
- You take ownership of supplier management projects, particularly in supplier relocations, launch support, and production optimization initiatives.
- You conduct root cause analyses and identify weaknesses in products and processes.
- You perform risk assessments, capacity evaluations (Run@Rate), and process audits for critical purchased parts.
- You are part of task force teams during supply-critical phases and coordinate activities between OEMs and suppliers.
- You develop immediate containment actions and long-term corrective measures to stabilize the supply chain.
- You develop sustainable strategies for the industry of tomorrow: designing resilient, cost-effective, and future-oriented procurement and production strategies that can withstand global challenges and emerging trends.
- You act as the key interface between the shop floor and management: leveraging your analytical mindset and understanding of both operational and strategic contexts to enable informed decision-making for our clients.
- You take responsibility and turn ideas into action: independently managing (sub-)projects, supporting cross-functional teams, and actively contributing to making visions a reality.
WHO YOU ARE
- You are passionate about supplier management, production, quality, logistics, and supply chain topics, and you thrive on solving complex challenges.
- You have a technical background and a completed university degree.
- You think strategically while also being able to implement solutions in a pragmatic and hands-on manner.
- You are results-oriented while always keeping people and collaboration in focus.
- You consider yourself a hands-on problem solver with strong digital competencies.
- You possess excellent German and English language skills, along with strong teamwork, communication, and presentation abilities.
- You are proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
- You bring 100% willingness to travel and a high degree of flexibility.
