WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • You prepare regular cost, revenue, and profitability analyses for the P3 group companies.
  • You monitor budget utilization and support the monthly forecast process.
  • You identify deviations from targets, analyze their causes, and coordinate follow-up actions with the relevant stakeholders.
  • You maintain and further develop controlling reports, dashboards, and management overviews.
  • You ensure the quality and consistency of financial and operational data within the reporting environment.
  • You support month-end and year-end closing activities from a controlling perspective.
  • You create ad hoc analyses and business evaluations for management.
  • You work closely with international subsidiaries on planning, reporting, and financial performance topics.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have gained initial experience in Controlling, Finance, or as a Business Analyst.
  • You ideally have an understanding of financial processes within the software industry.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and ideally have already worked with DATEV.
  • You stand out through your customer-focused mindset, goal orientation, and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • You are looking to join us either part-time (at least 50%) or full-time.
