WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You design and develop various ship systems, including piping systems, propulsion systems, electrical wiring, and structural components.
- You perform verification activities and simulations to validate and ensure the quality of development results.
- You take ownership of all development-related processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- You identify optimization opportunities and continuously improve existing processes.
- You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within the defence sector.
- You actively support the strategic development and growth of our Defence business unit.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have successfully completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- You have gained initial professional experience within the defence sector and have experience in managing and executing technical development projects.
- You possess knowledge of international defence markets and their specific requirements.
- You have experience working with Teamcenter NX and common simulation tools.
- Ideally, you are familiar with military standards and requirements, such as NATO MIL-STDs, VG standards, or comparable regulations.
