WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You write a master’s thesis and support consulting projects with a focus on production optimization, industrialization, lean management, supplier management, as well as procurement and supply strategies.
- You independently manage individual work packages and, together with the team, derive actionable recommendations for the client.
- You prepare concepts, processes, and strategies to achieve project objectives and create specialized documentation and reports.
- You support the project team both on-site and/or remotely through independent contributions.
- You take on project management responsibilities.
WHO YOU ARE
- You are pursuing a degree in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- You have gained initial practical experience in the automotive industry and/or consulting and have a strong interest in production and supply chain management.
- You are proficient in using MS Office applications; additional skills and knowledge are an advantage.
- You possess strong analytical thinking skills, a quick grasp of complex topics, and excellent organizational abilities.
- You meet the standard expectations as well: you have excellent German and English language skills, work effectively both in a team and independently, communicate confidently, and demonstrate strong presentation skills as well as a high degree of flexibility.
