WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You write your master’s thesis on the topic “Benchmarking and Strategy Development for Innovative Charging Infrastructure Features Based on the Kano Model.”
- You analyze the European market with a focus on truck charging, high-power charging (HPC), tariffs, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
- You develop a benchmarking framework and derive strategic priorities from your findings.
- You conduct market and competitor analyses and identify emerging innovation trends.
- You support client projects and internal initiatives in the fields of E-Mobility & New Energy.
WHO YOU ARE
- You are pursuing a degree in a technical, business-related, or scientific field, for example with a focus on Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or Innovation Management.
- You have a strong interest in e-mobility, charging infrastructure, and the energy industry.
- You bring knowledge of strategy and innovation frameworks (e.g., Kano Model, SWOT, Business Model Canvas).
- You work in an analytical, structured, and customer-oriented manner.
- You have excellent MS Office skills as well as very good German and English language skills.
- You are characterized by a high level of personal responsibility, strong team spirit, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
