WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You lead complex consulting programs in the areas of Operational Excellence, production optimization, and industrialization.
- You act as a strategic sparring partner for our clients’ senior management.
- You take end-to-end responsibility for projects – from analysis and concept development to implementation and sustainable integration.
- You build long-term client relationships and further develop existing accounts.
- You develop and implement OPEX/Lean programs, production systems, value streams, and KPI frameworks.
- You manage industrialization, ramp-up, and maturity assurance projects in compliance with VDA and IATF standards.
- You analyze and optimize production processes, capacities, cost structures, and supply chains.
- You develop business cases, scenarios, and strategic decision-making frameworks.
- You further develop P3’s methodology in Operations & Industrialization.
- You create and establish new service offerings, publications, and best practices.
- You mentor and support the development of Senior Consultants and Consultants.
WHO YOU ARE
- You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting or in senior operations/industrialization roles within the automotive industry.
- You have a proven track record of leading large-scale or strategically significant projects.
- You have demonstrated success in at least two of the following areas:
- Production optimization / Lean / Operational Excellence
- Industrialization of components or systems (mechanical, electrical, or high-voltage)
- Ramp-up and launch management
- Supplier development and production relocations
- You possess a deep understanding of automotive-specific standards and methodologies (e.g., VDA, PPAP, IATF, maturity models, Run@Rate).
- You have strong analytical and strategic capabilities, including quantitative, structural, and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- You are highly proficient in the classic consulting toolkit, including hypothesis-driven problem solving, storylining, and steering board management.
- You are able to transform operational challenges into sustainable transformation programs.
- You demonstrate executive presence and communicate confidently with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
- You think entrepreneurially, take ownership, and have a strong drive to shape and create impactful outcomes.
- You lead in a collaborative manner, set clear priorities, and make decisive decisions.
- You bring a high willingness to travel and a high degree of flexibility.
