WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • You take responsibility for energy infrastructure projects across BESS, solar PV, hybrid renewable assets, grid-connected storage, charging infrastructure, and utility-scale power systems.
  • You guide clients from site assessment, permitting, grid connection, and RTB preparation to procurement, EPC contracting, construction management, commissioning, COD, and handover.
  • You analyze project pipelines, technical concepts, permitting status, supplier setups, EPC interfaces, budget assumptions, schedules, risks, and decision points.
  • You contribute to technology strategy assessments, project business cases, technical due diligence, bankability reviews, benchmarks, decision papers, and client presentations.
  • You translate client goals into project requirements, execution roadmaps, tender documents, EPC specifications, interface matrices, risk registers, and milestone plans.
  • You work on topics such as BESS system design, PCS/inverters, transformers, EMS/SCADA, civil and electrical BoP, fire safety, HSE, grid codes, permitting requirements, contracting models, and supplier ecosystems.
  • You manage stakeholders across developers, IPPs, utilities, grid operators, authorities, EPCs, OEMs, investors, suppliers, engineering teams, and client management.
  • You contribute to P3’s offering development, business development, proposals, account growth, and strategic positioning in energy infrastructure project development and delivery.

WHO YOU ARE
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • You bring several years of practical experience in BESS, solar, renewable energy, grid infrastructure, EPC management, project development, technical consulting, utilities, infrastructure investment, or systems engineering.
  • You have a proven track record in bringing projects through permitting, RTB, procurement, construction, commissioning, COD, or delivery milestones, ideally with utility-scale assets in the 20–100 MW+ range or comparable infrastructure complexity.
  • You understand how BESS, solar, and hybrid energy assets are developed, engineered, procured, built, commissioned, and integrated into grid and operational environments.
  • You are familiar with relevant technical and commercial interfaces such as grid connection, permitting, land and site constraints, EPC contracting, supplier selection, planning schedules, capex assumptions, risk management, and project controls.
  • You can structure complex technical and commercial topics and translate them into clear business, implementation, and decision-making perspectives.
  • You have experience leading complex projects, coordinating parallel workstreams, managing stakeholders, and driving results in interdisciplinary environments.
  • You can communicate with both technical experts and senior management, from development risks and EPC execution details to strategy, business case, and operating model.
  • You combine a strong engineering, project development, or EPC background with consulting capabilities, or a strong consulting background with deep energy infrastructure understanding.
  • You are entrepreneurial, pragmatic, structured, hands-on, and comfortable building a fast-growing topic in a dynamic energy market environment.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English.
  • You are willing to travel depending on project and client needs
GOOD TO KNOW

At P3, energy infrastructure is not treated as a purely theoretical strategy topic. We focus on real-world implementation, industrial value, de-risked execution, and scalable delivery.

You will help clients answer questions such as: Which BESS, solar, or hybrid projects are worth pursuing? What is required to reach RTB? Which technical concept, supplier setup, EPC model, or delivery roadmap is most suitable? How can permitting, grid connection, procurement, construction, commissioning, and COD risks be managed? How can project pipelines become investable, executable, and scalable?

You will work close to clients, technologies, assets, and implementation teams. You will shape strategies, project pipelines, RTB plans, EPC setups, technical concepts, delivery models, and commercial decisions — and help P3 build a strong market position in one of the most relevant infrastructure fields for the energy transition.
