WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will be responsible for demanding projects in production environment with focus on delivery time, performance and quality
- You will be recognizing of buttle necks and looking for improvements, elimination of waste, optimization and standardization of plant purchasing, logistics and production processes
- You will manage the planning and optimization of production plants and production lines, design and development of jigs and tools, organization of workplaces and manufacturing facilities
- You will provide quality and welding technical support to customers and suppliers of steel mechanical components and welded steel structures acc. to European standards
- You will monitor and expedite production progress and verify quality of products before shipment
WHO YOU ARE
- you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or welding engineering
- You have 5+ years of experience in the field of production management, Industrial engineering, operational excellent and/or welding technology
- You are familiar with lean management and/or shop floor management
- You are up for different consulting projects in the automotive industry and you would like to bring the latest topics to the customer? So are we!
- You think conceptually but you can also put it into practice
- You are result-oriented but you also always have the people in mind
- You call yourself a pragmatic doer with digital competence
- You’re up for being a brand ambassador for the P3
- You also fulfil the standards: your German and English skills are very good, you can work well in a team but also on your own, you work well with MS-Office, you are communicative and have a high level of presentation skills your willingness to travel and your flexibility are high
