WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Together with our clients in the banking and insurance sectors, you develop sustainable business and growth strategies and advise executives on strategic and business-related matters.
- As a full member of a dynamic project team, you analyze and optimize our clients’ tasks and processes in the banking and insurance sector, particularly with regard to effectiveness and efficiency.
- You support and lead transformation projects, implementing new digital business models and organizational changes, for example.
- You independently develop innovative solutions, critically evaluate them, and derive well-founded recommendations for action, which you confidently present to our renowned clients.
- You conduct analyses of economic and business situations and develop measures to increase the efficiency of structures and processes.
- Depending on your level of experience, you take responsibility for smaller sub-projects and support colleagues in their professional development on a project basis.
- With your expertise, you actively contribute to the ongoing development of our internal “Financial Services” competence center.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have approximately 2–5 years of consulting experience in the financial services sector (Consultant / Senior Consultant), whether in management consulting, strategy consulting, or a specialized boutique consultancy, and are ready for the next step in your career.
- You have a solid understanding of the banking and insurance industry and are open to new topics and project environments, with a genuine enthusiasm for technologies and processes within the financial sector.
- You possess strong communication and presentation skills and are able to explain even complex topics in a clear and compelling manner to clients.
- You stand out through strong analytical and conceptual capabilities and enjoy structuring complex challenges and developing sustainable solutions.
- You work independently, think entrepreneurially, and maintain a strong client focus.
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment as part of a modern, collaborative team.
