WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You support our customers in SIL/HIL setups
- You will focus on technical project management with the integration target of SW, HW and customer functions
- You are responsible for initial operation of test stand and test technology with parts (control units etc.), the integration and initial operation of test bench models, as well as creation of test bench compilations
- You coordinate with integration team, testing & validation team and other technical domains on customer side
- You coordinate all test bench-specific topics and suppliers of spare parts
- You drive organizational change and solution finding
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a completed Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering, software development, Project Management or similar
- You have 3 years or more related working experience in electronic industry or similar
- You have deep knowledge and well-founded of testing like processes, tools
- You have experience in integrating complex electronic systems in an automotive application
- You have a basic technical knowledge and experiences with agile project management methodologies (SAFe, Scrum)
- Your English skills are excellent (speaking and writing)
- You are a team player, yet very self-driven & you have a responsible working style
- Your communication and presentation skills are excellent
- You are motivated, flexible, pro-active, a quick learner and open minded to new idea and feedback
