WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • You are responsible for supply chain projects with a focus on relocations, supplier development, and supply assurance.
  • You take the lead in purchased-part industrialization projects through to handover to the respective OEM plants, applying APQP, VDA 6.1, and VDA 6.3 standards.
  • You drive root cause analyses and identify deficiencies within both product and manufacturing processes.
  • You act as Task Force Project Manager in critical supply situations, serving as the key interface between OEMs and suppliers.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You hold a successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have experience in areas such as Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, and Project Management.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office applications.
  • You are familiar with TS 16949, VDA 6.x, APQP, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills.
  • You demonstrate a confident presence, assertiveness, and strong entrepreneurial thinking.
  • You are confident in negotiations and experienced in project leadership.
  • You stand out through your customer-focused and goal-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, communication and presentation skills, as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and team spirit, complete your profile.
  • You are willing to travel and possess a high degree of flexibility.
