WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You lead and deliver telecom projects from initiation to successful completion
- You manage timelines, budgets, risks, and project scope proactively
- You coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and external partners
- You translate business requirements into technical solutions
- You ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations
- You drive stakeholder communication across all levels, internally and externally
- You identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery
- You ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- You continuously optimize processes and project execution methods
- You contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities within your projects
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
- You have experience managing technical projects in the telecom industry
- You have strong knowledge of telecom networks (e.g., mobile, fixed, or core networks)
- You have proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment
- You communicate clearly and confidently in English
- You bring a structured, proactive, and hands-on working style
- You are willing to take ownership and drive results
